Q: How soon can you start?
A: It depends on your schedule and ours, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your timing and suggest the earliest available dates.
Q: Do you offer ongoing contracts?
A: Yes. We provide recurring services for both residential and commercial clients. We can discuss options during your quote.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A: Life happens. Just let us know within 24 hours of the visit, and we’ll work with you to find another time.
Q: Will I be for a last-minute cancellation?
A: No, you will not be charged for cancellation as long as it is within 24 hours of the scheduled visit. However, there is a lockout fee. If the cleaner(s) arrive and are locked out of your home, a minimum travel fee of 2 hours applies.
